Maya had initially thought that Connor truly had some skills, given his confident demeanor.

However, Maya was utterly surprised when she discovered that Connor couldn't play the piece 'Melody of the Night' at all.

What made it even more baffling was that Connor not only couldn't play the piece but also couldn't read sheet music. Maya thought he was just causing trouble.

Although Connor could play the piano, it had been a long time since he had practiced.

Furthermore, he knew very few pieces, all taught to him by his mother. So, it was normal that he couldn't read sheet music.

Chris looked at Connor with disdain, clearly enjoying the spectacle. He believed Connor posed no threat, given his inability to even read sheet music. How could someone like that compete?
