Ruby couldn't understand why Uncle Ted would agree to Connor's conditions. After all, those who went to the Precipice Cave were there for the medicinal herbs.

If they brought Connor and the others with them now, it would be equivalent to finding a time bomb for themselves.

"Miss, please listen to me this time!" The middle-aged man said to Ruby seriously.

He knew he was stronger than Carlos, but if Connor and Diana attacked together, the middle-aged man would be heavily injured even if he won.

Therefore, rather than wasting time with Connor and the others, agreeing with Connor's condition was better.
