Bab 49: Special Chapter 21 Wise Go Part 2
We finally got home but Rackie stayed. "Just go home, Rackie." Wisdom said bluntly. We all looked Wisdom but we didn't hear anything from Rackie who was inside the kitchen and preparing to cook. "Rackie, go home." He said again but this time we heard him annoyed.
"I'll go home when you don't need me here anymore," Rackie replied.
"We don't need you, sis Rackie so go home." Wit said.
"Witty my Wit, you all need me to be here," Rackie said as if she was not hurt by what they are saying.
I stood up to go near Rackie. "Just be here tomorrow," I whispered.
"No, I'll stay here whether you like it or not," Rackie said while she was preparing the table.
"Abstract, like I said go home!" Wisdom yelled.
"Come on, eat!" Rackie said as if she didn't hear Wisdom. I was the only one who went to sit.
"I'm not hungry." Wit said then stood up to go upstairs.
"Not in the mood to eat." Wisdom said and stood up to go out.
I winced when Rackie stabbed the knife on the table as if she wants to kill. "Are you going to sit here and eat or these two knives will fly towards you?"
I can't help but gulp a mouthful of my saliva of mine, I can see that she's not kidding because she's holding two little knives. We all knew that Rackie's dart skills isn't good so we knew that she can kill us if ever but those two didn't listen. I immediately stood up when I saw she threw the two knives where they were standing. The next thing I saw is that the small knife is stabbed on the ladder next to Wit's foot while the other small knife stabs on the door next to Wisdom's ear. It was obvious how pale their faces were when they turn to look at her.
"Come on, eat!" she said then pull out the knife she stabbed on the table effortlessly. "Oh, kindly pull out those knives too." She commands then turns her back to return the knife in its place.
After I sat down, Wisdom and Wit is also sitting. Rackie sat next to me and we ate quietly. Wit washed the dishes, I was the one who pulled the two knives that Rackie threw earlier. Wisdom went out to the back door and Rackie followed him.
"Rackie, it hurts!" Wisdom said then we heard a loud slap. Wit and I run outside. We saw Wisdom holding his face who was in a state of shock.
"Be honored Wisdom, that is the very first time that I slapped someone," Rackie said then turn her back.
Wisdom panics and then holds Rackie to stop from walking. "Rackie, Rackie please…" Wisdom begs then tried to hold her hand still. "Get out of the way." Wisdom said while carrying Rackie inside the house. He run to get the first aid and then went back to where Rackie is sitting.
"Rackie please..." Wisdom begs. "I won't do that again, please… let me see your hand." He said as he pleads with who was sitting on the floor.
"I'm fine, Wisd. You don't need to tend this." Rackie said.
"Just let me see it, please..." Wisdom said. Rackie showed her palm and there we saw the burn on it. "Sorry, Rackie. I'm sorry." Wisdom doesn't know what to do.
"You're finally awake now, hmm?" Rackie said while letting Wisdom holds her hand.
He nods. "Sorry, Rackie. I won't do that again so this won't happen again." He said as if he was a child who promised not to be stubborn.
Rackie lowers her body to hug him. "I'm okay, Wisd. I know you're tired but we need to clean your house because we can't sleep like this."
"No, the three of us can clean this house. You're too tired." Wisdom said.*
I'm awaked from reminiscing when Wisdom panicked. "Don't stand right away, please…"
"I'm already dizzy from hunger," Rackie said. "Is my pasta ready?"
"Careful, Rackie." Art said.
Wisdom was there to guide her. "Can I carry her?" he asks.
"No, her wound might open on her side, it's located on the lower part so even though we want to carry her earlier, we can't." Art explained.
We saw the table ready and Master panics from preparing. "Come on, everyone sit down." He said while he was busy stirring something on the pan. "Heart, just wait a little bit." He said then glance at Rackie.
"After I eat, I'll go to the hospital," Rackie said while waiting for her requested pasta.
"Sorry, it's late. I made the pasta from scratch, I forgot to buy it earlier." Master explained while preparing the meal for Rackie in front of her.
"You eat too, love," Rackie said.
We all look at each other than look at them. "Is he your boyfriend, Rackie?" Wisdom wasn't able to hold back from asking.
"Oh, we have a lot of endearment especially when he has a new recipe that he wants me to taste," Rackie explained.
"Rackie, you keep secrets already." Wisdom said.
"Nah, uh… Hmm, I know you three will come with me to the hospital so I had no choice about that. Flood, Master, and Art stay here with Doodle and Sketch please…"
"Why do I have to stay with Flood and Master again?" Art asks.
"Flood knows some self-defense while Master is a black belter in Taekwondo and he knows some other martial arts. While you, you're a doctor by profession who can look after them if they got injured." Rackie said.
"I'll stay here." Wit said. Wisdom and I look at Wit. "I just thought that my driving skills might help as a way of escape, you know…"
"I see… how about you; Wise… are you coming with us?" Wisdom asks.
"Of course, I want to make sure that Rackie is okay," I replied.
"Then, I'll stay." Wisdom said which made me stunned because I know that he'll come with us. "Just make sure that Rackie is okay." He said.
"She'll be fine, guys." Master calmly said with confidence.
"I'll have an X-ray and some other tests to make sure," Rackie said while brushing her teeth on the sink. "By the way, Master, the pasta is delicious! Make another one, I like it!" she said smiling.
Master just nods as a reply, Red guides Rackie whose Wisdom glared at. While I'm waiting for them to get in the car, Lunar is staring at me. "What?"
"Your car is handsome," he commented.
I smiled. "Good at taking care of cars," I replied.
"Come on!" Rackie said. "Make it faster because I'm not comfortable."
I just nod as a reply. Sometimes I glance at the side mirror and look if there's someone following us, Rackie is always looking at the back whenever I look at her in the rear mirror.
