Bab 88: Chapter 88: Kagura Mikazuchi
~Third POV~
Kagura Mikazuchi.
Kagura Mikazuchi is one day going to become the strongest Mage of the Mermaid Heel Guild as she is currently searching for his older brother Simon.
When Kagura was a young girl, she lived with her brother Simon in Rosemary Village. Though the two of them were poor, Kagura enjoyed her life, until Simon was kidnapped during a "child hunt" and taken to the Tower of Heaven, whilst she managed to escape with Erza Scarlet's help.
Since then, Kagura had searched for Simon for many years…
By X784 she is currently 16 years old searching for her brother as she wanders around the country of Fiore in hopes of finding information about him. She wanders across the land in hopes of someone having such information.
She has learned much on her ways around the world as she already has gotten the handle of her [Gravity Magic] a form of Magic that allows Kagura to manipulate the gravity affecting her target, which can either be herself or the enemy.
Already an advanced swordswoman and decent at hands to hand combat on her way learning around the Kingdom of Fiore as she's used to it. She at this time is an Independent-Wizard having no ties of guilds yet.
She was one day going to villages, cities, or towns to find information about where her brother Simon was until she came across a random village on her resting till they were suddenly attacked by Daphne's Artificial Lizardman attacked.
She was busy defending as best as she could but even then she struggled a bit as the Lizards managed to copy her swordsmanship as she huffs heavily as she breaths out, "Sigh… huff… these damn things are annoying me about now. Can't even use my [Gravity Magic] to deal with them unless they copy it. Damn it…"
"ARGHH!"
*Shing*
*Splat*
That was when another one came forward to attack her as she raised her katana sword to parry the slash and then made a counter-attack at the lizard body bisecting clean through as she sees three more take its place.
Gritting her teeth in annoyance she raises her katana again as she thinks to herself angrily at them gripping her sword tightly, 'Dang it is there no end to this vast some of Lizardman in this area!'
Just as she was going to rush towards them…
*SWOOSH*
*SPLAT*
*THUD*
*THUD*
*THUD*
A quick blur caught her eyes as she focused them to see all the three coming towards her as they all died on the spot having their heads being decapitated as they began to blow up as the person in front of her wipe the traces of blood off his sword.
Kagura takes a breath of relief as the person in front of her maybe one year older than her asked in concern, "You ok there? Looks like you needed a helping hand…"

~Tatsumi POV~
Whoa didn't expect to meet up with one of the future strongest wizards in Fiore this soon at a place like this. Looking at her appearance I say she's just a teen from the age as she hasn't matured in the right areas yet.
No matter these Lizards are very annoying as they can adapt to my fighting style luckily for me I have them over in power that is a good thing. That and I haven't used my full power on them which is a good thing.
I don't need one with the powers of [Eyes of the Lord] on me thank you very much.
Placing my hand towards Kagura she takes it as she took this chance to get up as she thanks me for the assistance, "Thanks for the help stranger… didn't think those damn things would copy my swordsmanship that easily. Good thing I didn't use magic or else it would be a very troubling case."
I agree don't want no wizard using gravity attacks on me thank you very much.
Helping herself get up again more of the Lizards start appearing again much to our annoyance of these things are harder to kill as they seem to be as a groan escaped the both of our mouths at them.
Raising my sword [Pain] at them I just told Kagura in a harsh tone to her, "Great there are more of them just what we need… say kid just be careful not to get in my way."
She huffs her face at that as she raises her katana at them as she argues back at me with her own words, "Hmph! Arrogant much stranger? And the name ain't kid it Kagura Mikazuchi and you're much younger than I am!"
Scoffing her off I rushed towards the Lizardman as I began to hack and slash them apart amidst the burning village as I cut them apart as they explode, "That may be true but I have more experience than you and it ain't mister kid its Tatsumi."
Kagura then rushes towards the group of Lizardman as we both began to hack and slash them as more kept coming in but one die-cut to the neck and decapitation that follows up is more than enough for the job.
However, there were more coming out of the woodworks observing the both of us as then one of them started to mimic my fighting style as it got to my stance. Great what I need a lizard version of me to fight against not like I don't deal with that in the future soon enough.
*Swoosh*
*Clang*
*Splat*
Quickly that lizardman charged at me aiming for my neck to cut off my head as I counted by doing the same but unlike the Lizardman my weapon [Pain] grants its user already superhuman strength because it was made using the Shingu [Crushing King].
Add that with my strength already boosted by the cursed poison from [Murasame] trump card [Little War Horn] flowing through my body it was easy to cut through that Lizardman sword weapon as I cut through it then vanished.
Landing down on the ground I see more of the bastards as Kagura was twirling around her body as she slashed the Lizardman down on the spot as we started to see their numbers are dwindling.
I just hope Hinata would hurry up and get Daphne soon enough because I can't risk using my full power unless I want to fight a strength version of myself…

~Third POV~
At a distance away from the village, Daphne sees the village starting to calm down as she smiles happily at the odds of gathering her info as she speaks to herself happily, "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! This is the data I want and improve! That young wizard and mercenary have given me splendid data on creating my V.2 Lizardman against those Fairy Tail members! Now I just need more time to study them…"
As Daphne was busy gathering information Hinata finally found the Dark Mage as she used her [Byakugan] to quickly discover her location as she did with the people in the City Without Sound.
*Swoosh*
*Tap*
*Tap*
Quickly rushing over to Daphne as she was caught with genuine surprise as Hinata managed to pressure point her body enforcing her body to stop using magic as all the origins that flow magic in her body was stopped in its place from the body locations shown to Hinata using her [Byakugan].
Slumping down on the ground as her spell [Hidden] was canceled as the fuel of her body origins has been stopped as she screams out in pain glaring at Hinata with a growl escaping her mouth as she talks, "Grr… how the living hell did you managed to find me!! It's my town's specialty to not get harmed while using its spell! HOW!"
Hinata merely begins to tie her up as she didn't bother giving her an answer but still thought about it in her head simply, 'Simple. Despite your spell letting you become intangible and invisible for a while I can detect flaws within it and strike at those flaws making me able to harm you. That and add chakra with the chance of it working but honestly dumb luck really.'
When Daphne lost the use of her magic to fuel she also lost any lasting spells that were remained in effect as the curses she placed on people were lifted easily as those who were her victim were finally free.

Meanwhile inside the village that was burning up soon cease to end as all of the Lizardman were then wiped out one by one.
Tatsumi was killing them one by one, as well as the other people defending the villages, are destroying them…
However, when Tatsumi saw that everyone was busy he stopped his attacks on a group of them as he smirks at them as talked to himself quietly that no one heard, "Still these lizardmen artificially made are useful… it would be a shame to kill them off. Better to keep some alive just in case since all of their motor functions seems to have stopped."
With that, he captured that group as he used [Pocket] on them to keep them hidden for the time being to see if he can use them once he gets them under his control.
Like that the incident soon came to an end as the people began to get themselves cleaned up as everyone was cheering wildly as they began to cheer for their fears of Lizardman being gone. Using that moment Tatsumi uses that moment to slip away from the scene.
As he left, he took a glance at Kagura before shaking his head at this as he began to move away from the scene as he thinks to himself, 'Although she would be a good member to add… I don't want to deal with her baggage issues or revenge seeker in the future. Besides, it's not my job to always save someone I'm not that kind. Only to those, I'm close to I consider such actions.'
Tatsumi escaped from the village returning to where his Danger Beast was as Kagura enjoys the moment of peace before she looks around and wonders to herself out loud, "Huh? Strange where was that boy that helped out? Tatsumi… seems to be a very rude guy to leave…. No matter I have to continue my search…"

With that, the incident of the attack came to an end as Tatsumi managed to meet up with a tied of Daphne as she was properly tied up as Tatsumi glares at her with Daphne being defiant to him as Hinata waits for an answer.
Smirking at her he lifts her head at her as he responds to her sending a chill running down her spine hearing the dark tone of voice to her as he slowly taps her head, "Well Daphne you must be pretty smart with your head of yours, right? You must have some secret project ready somewhere and I want to know what it is before I think about killing you. The people in your town don't care about you since the spell of yours is gone once the Lizardman died…"
Itching ever closer to her face fear of death was evident in her eyes as her eyes widen to match Tatsumi's cold uncaring ones as he spoke bitterly sweetly, "Now then Daphne you have your choice live under my control or die a very painful death or sell you as a slave… I happen to be a good torturer so please do deny me I'm begging you."
Daphne could only nod at Tatsumi's bluff as the fear of becoming dead or becoming a slave was a worst-case scenario for her…

A/N: Surprising Fairy Tail can be a very dark world when I remembered Slavery is still a thing in this world as well as random Zeref cultists running around... Actually sounds a lot like Re: Zero to anyone with the witch cultist?
