Bab 283: Michael's Confession

"So, in this city, you don't have a job?" asked Michael who was currently chatting with Isabella in the car precisely because he would drive the girl home sometime to her rented apartment.

"Yeah, I came here to catch up with my friend because he said it's very easy to find work here," Isabella replied casually. "I also want to gain experience because I have never worked abroad before," she continued.

Michael smiled faintly, glancing at Isabella that had caught his attention ever since. For some reason seeing that girl made him have a mood again as if he had forgotten about Mia which made him always filled with regret.

"What's wrong with you?" Isabella asked, glancing at the driving Michael with a smile. "Since earlier, I see you look happy."
