'Goddess of Light, I don't understand. Why am I being condemned like this?' The crown prince of Myrtle Kingdom, Maven, raised his right hand in the air and clenched his fist before he dropped it down again. He was wounded with bandages covering all his body except his face. 

He was lying on the ground inside a cave. From the opening of the cave, he could clearly hear the rustling of water, but he had no idea of knowing the source right now, for he couldn't move too much due to his injuries. Since he was still feeling all the pain from his wound throughout his body.

'Maybe the reason these things happened to me is that I desire something that will be dangerous for my people? Is unification of races really something impossible to the point even the people I trusted turned their backs against me?' He thought.
