Bab 19: Bleach x DxD 2

I already did a request for a Bleach and DxD crossover, but I came up with another one. Basically, what happens if you remove Issei's entire character and insert Ichigo into him from birth? If Ichigo is Issei, then a lot of changes would surely occur. I'd want it to be an "all- powers-Ichigo" that has the Boosting Sacred Gear, or whatever that's actually called. This Ichigo will get to the world of DxD via reincarnation. Maybe give him the Hogyoku too, and have some kind of "reward for his deeds in his past life" idea that gives him it, along. With his various powers. For clarification, I do not want this to be during the Soul Society arc or post Winter War. I want this to be post TYBW, like all of the others I have requested on here, so he will also have Quincy abilities, be aware of who his Zanpukato spirits actually are, have true Shikai and Bankai, and all of that. This request can work either with Kisuke included or without Kisuke included; I'm fine either way.
