Covered in blue, the peaceful garden of Selene remained well trimmed, void of any and all weeds and bearing the most beautiful of lotuses. The light-haired goddess continued to remove microscopic irregularities from the flowers she loved so dearly.
Being able to bloom only under moonlight, they remained in full bloom here in the Moon Palace gardens.
There was nothing that brought Selene more peace than tending to her beautiful garden. Surrounded by them, her worries vanished to the back of her mind.
A flash of light cast her shadow on her field of moon lotuses, invoking a deep sigh from the beautiful goddess's lips, "Selene."
"Yes, Lady Artemis, how are you doing today?" Selene responded as she turned around to face her friend.
"Oh, don't give me that 'Lady' nonsense. I told you to just call me Artemis," the goddess of the hunt responded in a cheery tone.
"I forget sometimes… Nectar?" she asked.
