Bab 285: Formalities

"Hi!" I exclaimed through the phone.

Joanna's voice peaked in enthusiasm and joy, "hi Lilyy I was just about to call you!"

"How was your first day?" I asked her.

"It was good, they had us visit the hotel we were staying at and then give a speech to show us all the facilities we could use. They said we will start tomorrow with basic skills such as the various cutting techniques to cut vegetables and cooking meat types."

"That sounds interesting!" I said and I smiled as I just realized those skills were something Joanna already knew and I was sure that she will already stand out on the first day.

"It is indeed, there are many amazing people from beginners and amateurs to cookers and we had already planned to cook for each other tonight so that we would get familiar with the kitchen."
