"Bait?" Victor, who felt extremely confused now, wrinkled his brows and gazed at her in a questioning manner. "What do you mean by "bait"?"

"Oh, relax, I will break it down for you." She laughed softly and pulled over a white wooden chair to have her seat. She crossed her legs and interlocked her arms. "Your sassy friend, Leia, might not remember me, but she has no idea that I remember her, right from the moment she stepped into that party ten months ago. She had that bitchy look on her face as always, and worse, she had the guts to raise her hand at me." She chuckled viciously, and a bizarre expression appeared on Victor's face. "What are you talking about? You met Leia again, years after high school?"

"Of course, I did. It was at the party held for the top five richest people in the whole world, and of course, she would come since her husband is the richest." She rolled her eyes and stood up from the chair to walk over to the bed.
