Bab 99: I Fell Asleep

Alicia was surprised by the reason Keiran said, at first she thought the vampires didn't attack the children to protect their blood stock, but she didn't think the vampire's reasoning was far from her guess. This means that what Billy said does represent the feelings of the children in the settlement.

"Are you surprised that children who are humans actually hate their own race?"

"Yeah, I guess that hatred only comes from a few of them. But how can they all hate humans? Did it arise because children are victims of war?" Alicia was still curious how the vampires gathered so many children with the same hatred towards humans.

"Hmm, so you already know that. Here the human children will be given shelter, food, will not be involved in war and they will not be sacrificed like you." He stopped his hand movement when Alicia found out how vampires collect human children.
