Bab 156: I'm Not An Ice

Nothing is more heart-wrenching than pain when someone you loves sees you as more than nothing but only a regular mate in bed. The man didn't even feel the slightest feeling you have as a woman. That was how the pain lingered now inside Lenora's mind after she found it.

Lenora came out of her apartment to follow Grey after his rush and ran towards James' apartment. She found them and stood behind a wall to eavesdrop on everything. Lenora's gaze then lowered, and her fingers rubbed against each other.

People mostly misunderstood her as an ice woman. Lenora could shoo someone out, whether a man or a woman, with even the most hurtful sentence without feeling guilty. She an iceberg; that's how people called her name after.

But Lenora wasn't a rock who couldn't feel love. She can always cover up her anxiety with make-up and an arrogant look on her appearance. But her heart was so lonely and empty.
