Bab 38: Sara - Labor

Sara couldn’t believe she could become more miserable than she had been so far. In fact, she had. Her body hurt like it never had before. Her feet were swollen. Her head hurt. When would it all end?

During the night, she had found herself waking up with pain in her lower back. What had she done to bring that on? She had been taking it easy the past two days. In fact, she was grateful to her mother for that.

After months of pestering her to tell her mother, Roy had finally demanded that she tell her mother she was expecting. With the baby now only days away from arriving, she needed another woman with her. Lilly was no help as she panicked with every expression of discomfort Sara allowed past her lips.
