It was common knowledge in the magical world that it was difficult for magical beasts to submit to humans. However, young magical beasts, especially those before they hatched, were easier to tame than fully grown magical beasts. Some large factions could even tame the young of ferocious magical beasts. Even if they could not nurture spirit beasts with high intelligence, they could still use them as one of the combat powers of the faction.
