[A Week Later]
"Kara, dear, do you want to be a Hunter?" the one who asked was none other than Laura, mom of Kara.
Laura has been watching Kara over the past week and has seen Kara tinkering with her newfound powers.
There are times when Laura has to rush towards Kara whenever a magical explosion happens, but once the dust settles, Kara appears unscathed.
It was evident that Kara was thinking of different spells, although not all seem to work when they were simply a whim instead of a will.
Kara was now thinking of what to say; she was surprised that her mom asked her, considering her child-like appearance.
"Mama, why do you ask?" she wanted to know her mom's stand on the matter.
"Kara, you're a smart-understanding child. As a mother, I wouldn't like you to be a Hunter.
However, as a parent, I support your dreams and need to help you on your path.
If you're going to be a Hunter, then you must train like one."
Kara was speechless; she didn't expect her Mama to support her like this.
She didn't say anything and just hugged her Mama lovingly, "Thank you!" a simple thank you was enough to know what Kara felt.
"Welcome, sweetie. Now, go and bring your sister down for breakfast," she instructed.
"Will do~!" and with that, she floated off to her sister.
Kara was using the racial abilities of a Flugel, their ability to fly unassisted.
However, Kara was also able to find different combos of spells that can create the effect of flight.
Those were:
[Zero Gravity] + [Wind]
[Blasting mana from Foot and Palms]
[Telekinesis]
_______________
It was nighttime, and the family was already having a peaceful dinner.
"Kara, is there anything that you need? Your Papa will get it for you." Thomas said and was referring to training materials.
Laura and Thomas talked about Kara's future path, and the two have decided that they will support her endeavors.
"Uhmm, can you get me a library full of books related to spells and magic? From my research, Hunters come through a lot of Magical Books!"
Thomas was in thought after hearing Kara's request, "Princess, are you sure? Those books are regarded useless since they do not give any benefits."
What Thomas said was correct; even if Hunters can grow in strength, it does not mean that their awakened skills will increase.
Hence they rely on magical equipment that is either crafted or found in dungeons during raids.
It is why when Hunters find magical books, they simply use them as decoration.
However, for someone like Kara, they would be gold.
"Yup! You see, Papa, I can create any spell I want, but I don't have the knowledge to improve them," Kara said before she proceeded to feed Aela once again.
Kara unknowingly shocked the minds of her parents, 'Any spell!? My daughter's potential is leagues above everyone's!' they thought.
"That's quite easy; is there anything else?"
"Nope~! Aela, say ahhhhh~" Kara casually answered and was busy eating with her sister.
"Ahhh~" she smartly followed; both Laura and Thomas were amazed at how Kara spends time with Aela. At times, she's able to calm her down even faster than they could.
The secret? The secret of Kara's abilities were part-time jobs she partook in, which consisted of multiple nanny jobs where she had to take care of a child for a day.
Aela is easy compared to the devil spawns that she had to rumble with; children were pure.
Pure does not simply mean good; it can also mean evil.

[Some days later]
__________
[BREAKING NEWS!]
[Scavenger Guild's Master will buy any magical books offered!]
[When asked for a reason, he stated that his daughter found an interest in reading them!]
[It was announced that his eldest daughter has also awakened, however. The rank has been unspecified until she reaches her adolescence]
[Thank you!]
__________
When Hunters, Guilds, and Auction houses saw the news, they rejoiced!
Why? It is because, during a raid, any items found inside will be kept.
Now they have found someone willingly asking for the books, the large majority donated the books since they wish to form friendly relations, and the other side asks for monetary exchange.
When Kara saw the news, she was stunned!
She never knew that her Papa's influence would result in breaking news, or maybe her Papa ordered it to be breaking news.
Kara would not have been shocked if her Papa was already a National-Rank Hunter, but that wasn't the case yet.
Well, over the weeks, thousands of books poured in, which elated Kara to no end.
For some unknown reason, Kara has grown fond of storing said books.
With the colossus amounts of books, Thomas tried hiring people to build Kara a library of her design.
But was turned down by Kara, her reason being she would build her own. However, she needed the forest near their villa, which he allowed.
When Thomas saw Kara's strong-determined refusal, he couldn't help but shed a tear, thinking that his daughter grows too fast.
Kara found the idea to read a book inside of a tree amazing, but a magical tree, to be specific.
Well, transforming a tree into something large and useable for a library would be a project in the years to come. Kara doesn't have the energy yet.
You might ask, why doesn't she use an essence stone as fuel? It's because she finds it dirty, or more like the quality of mana used was utter trash.
She found this out when her Papa brought in a few essence stones to increase her strength; stopped when she felt the energy was of lower quality.
For now, the books are kept in metal containers, and Kara just has to visit them to retrieve a book.
_______________
[Kara's Room]
As of now, there was a girl with platinum white hair that was drowning herself in books. Book after book, a new one takes its place after being read.
"Hmm, I see!" Kara exclaimed as she continued her read.
Kara was reading books about the meaning of magical symbols, symbols that are responsible for magic circles.
The symbols that she has read were more like words, to be exact; they weren't specific letters.
Well, there are similarities, so they can still be called letters.
For example, whenever a spell uses an element, it has a similar part that all elemental symbols have.
And when creating a spell, it was deemed best to use the circle as the best form.
In a spell's magic circle, there are several layers but have a centerpiece.
The number depends on the caster; the spell's magic circle always starts with a centerpiece.
The centerpiece requires the mage's intent or the magical effect they wish, which they must supplement the correct symbol.
[AN: For example, slap the symbol of gravity]
After the center, the layers are next.
The layers act as the "adjective" to the centerpiece; this is where the mage starts manipulating their desired effect.
They can add symbols that can mean: add power, decrease power, form ball, spread, and many others.
You must have to provide the proper symbol. However, the layer only affects what is inside the layer.
It means you cannot add the symbol "form ball" and expect the outer layers to follow it.
Think of a magic circle as a sentence; it requires sequence or something like grammar.
"*Whistle* No wonder all the strong mages in fantasy movies are old! With everything they have to memorize, you would need a lifetime to master the knowledge of symbols!" Kara said out loud.
'Maybe this is why every other awakened is only given one type of spell to use and master.
From what I can see, when a mage gets awakened, they automatically get the knowledge of what they can use, not the process.'
The more Kara thinks of it, the more she finds it correct.
The goal of the Rulers is the survival of this planet's people after their War with the Monarchs; they aren't here to nurture; they are only here helping this planet's people survive.
'Oh, well.'
However, a dim orange light started entering the cracks of her curtain.
"It's morning already!?" as she said that, she quickly dumped all the books off her bed.
"[Tidy]" with a magical spell, all the books started stacking neatly upon each other, her bedsheet too.
"Perfect!"
The young Flugel has finally slept, and so should you~!
