Bab 368: I Look Forward To It

Sadie wouldn't have seen this coming when she first agreed to Fletcher's bizarre terms. She had felt backed into a corner and took the option that was slightly more beneficial to her. 

She had expected to largely stay out of everyone's way but occasionally interact with the kids since that was sort of her job. She didn't think she would like them this much or actually enjoy spending time with them. 

The younger kids growing on her was one thing but the truly unexpected part of all this was that the older ones had as well. To an extent at least. 

Lexi and Taylor might be wary of her and vice versa but they didn't exclude her from games or conversation when they were around. They weren't rude either even though they had probably fought against each other on countless occasions. It was honestly hard to tell who she had fought because they all wore the same uniform with no identifying features.
