Bab 183: Did you fell for me?

"When will Earl return?" Elric asked as he took a seat at the breakfast table. 

Evelyn poured the tea into his cup and replied, "Anytime soon." Seeing him nod at her, she glanced around once and asked him in a hushed tone, "Should I inform him?" 

He looked puzzled at her. It took him a few seconds to realize what context she was speaking about. "To be honest, Eve. It's up to you. You know him more than me. If you think he is trustable and inform him or else I suggest just slip the matter," he advised. 

She nodded at him understanding. She agreed that the lesser the people knew, the better was for her. Nonetheless, it was safe to reveal to Earl as he was her childhood friend and knew he wouldn't change no matter what creature she was. 

"Our previous subordinate was treated like our family member," Elric murmured which caught her attention.

"You are scaring me," she replied, looking at him with worried eyes.
