***ADDIE'S POV***

The day after Ginger had gotten sick, the same day that followed the assembly with the entire school, and the conversation I had with Callum and Juliana, I had to teach a class, same as always. This was not the easiest time in the world for me at the moment. In all honesty, I was scared. I didn't want to go to that classroom, and I didn't want to see anyone at all. 

I just knew, knew without a shadow of a doubt, that I would be the topic of every conversation in the entire school, and I didn't want that at all. I didn't want to be the conversation starter, the gossip hub, none of that. I just wanted to be me. Though, it seemed that I would never get to have that, no matter how much I wanted it.
