Bab 318: Chapter 18- Addie – Tea With Briar (VOLUME 2)

**ADDIE'S POV**

Violet finished my bath after we were done talking things over. It really did help to have the opinion of someone that wasn't a royal wolf or that wasn't overly powerful. Now that I had calmed down a little, and taken a bath to clear my head, I thought that I needed to talk to someone else. And this was going to be someone that I could trust as well. Someone that I had known for a long time.

"Nithi, will you please ask Briar if he is free to have tea with me? I would like to talk to him."

"Of course, Princess Addie. I will go now." He bowed and left the room in a hurry.

"Would you like me to prepare some tea, Princess Addie?" Nishi was already on her way toward the door to the kitchen.

"Give it a moment. I need to know if he will accept the invitation first." I stopped her from getting ahead of herself. There was no need to start preparing tea for him if he wasn't going to make it.
