**ADDIE'S POV**

I was at a stalemate right now. I was standing here, staring down at my very large wolf, large to me at least, as she told me to be more open. What was I supposed to do? What was it that she wanted me to do?

"There was something that caused you not to remember those lives, Addie. Something that closed you off. And you have been like a locked box ever since."

"What? What happened?" I was trying to remember what happened to me in this world that closed me off so much. "What locked the box?"

"Your accident." I was confused for a moment.

"Accident? I haven't had an accident in this world. I had the withering flu, I was hurt by Boberre, and I was nearly beaten to death by Minister Masi, but I haven't had an accident." I was shaking my head as I tried to think about it all.

"That is not what I am talking about. It wasn't this life, Addie. It was your last one. When you had the accident as Adelaide."
