Li Ran didn't mind the one-sided beat down. It's just recently she had been acting very weird especially when she was with that twin girl, Shannon. One time he peeked at what they were watching and he almost got a heart attack.

It was the video of two band members kissing during a live concert. He had no problem with it. It's just that he couldn't understand why they had that video on repeat while giggling.
