Bab 297: The rituals

After her conversation with Mona, Lyra felt at ease. The former was not that of a sweet talker and was rather direct and open with her words. However, it still managed to calm Lyra down. It felt like a breath of fresh air talking to someone her age. After coming to the Beast world, the ones she most missed after her parents were her girlfriends. The time she had spent with them was priceless and most importantly, comforting. Mona's conversation felt similar to her friends, it was consoling and reassuring.

Lyra got up from her bed and splashed cold water onto her face to wake herself up to meet the upcoming events. Then she wore something simple and walked out of her room and reached the living room where all her mates had gathered.
