Hearing the scream, Sunny looked at Trisha and was shocked to see horns slowly growing out of her forehead.

The unusual scene horrified him and he rushed to her side.

He hugged her tightly to comfort her only to realize that her upper back was split open and 2 pairs of wing-like bones were growing slowly.

He adjusted his hands and said softly in her ears, "It's okay. It's okay. See, I am here just beside you…"

Trisha hugged him tightly, her nails and teeth dug deep into his flesh. Tears of pain were streaming down her eyes.

The pain from her nails and teeth digging into his flesh could not even come close to the intense agony he was feeling in his heart.

He watched the entire process of wings growing and black lustrous feathers stained in blood appearing on the wing bones hoping that he could share her pain.

"What's happening *sniff* to Trisha-nee? *sniff*" Akane whispered in between her sobs while holding onto Bai Qian's hands tightly.
