The father-daughter pair walked back to the beginning of the Upslope Downslope Road.
There they encountered the exhausted Mo Li.
"Ah, senior you found your daughter congratulations," Mo Li cupped his hands and bowed.
He was deathly afraid of this godlike existence.

Feng Jin Huang waved her hand and a stone corridor appeared: "There's an opportunity waiting for you there."
"This…" Mo Li was stunned; he did not know if he should trust the pair but what choice did he have?
"It contains the other relevant half of your Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable True Inheritance," Fen Jin Huang added.

"How did you…!?" Mo Li was suddenly on guard.
"Relax, this is all part of Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable's deal, you can go safely acquire the inheritance, besides only an Otherworldly Demon can obtain the inheritance." Fen Jin Huang waved her hand dismissively.
"..." Mo Li was speechless: "Should I trust what they say?"
"Hmm, it sounds too good to be true, and even if it is how do we know they won't use this chance to snatch the inheritance from us! They could just be using us as the key!" Peng Da said.

Mo Li turned and bowed one last time before stepping into the stone corridor.
As soon as he stepped in the passageway closed and he could no longer see Feng Jin Huang and Feng Jiu Ge.
"I guess they were telling the truth," Mo Li sighed in relief.
"I guess so…" Peng Da was in a slight daze.
The two began to walk towards the end of the stone corridor, there they found a similar pillar [1] to the one in the Western Desert.
"Is this really it?" Mo Li couldn't help but gaze in amazement: "HAHA with this 2nd Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable Inheritance I can see my revenge coming closer to fruition!"
Mo Li laughed hysterically.
Meanwhile, Peng Da rolled his eyes as he floated towards the pillar: "It should work like last time, right?"

The stone pillar shook the whole room and a beam of light shot out and hit Peng Da.
Just like before, Peng Da was instantly given a surge of memories.
"Peng Da!" Mo Li rushed forth to the front of the stone pillar where Peng Da was: "How is it?"
Just as Peng Da was reeling from the pain.
The stone pillar shook once more, and a small stone slab could be seen slowly protruding out from the stone pillar.
Shockingly, inside this stone slab was actually 3 Rank 6 Immortal Gu!
"Oh, my heavens!" Mo Li was beyond ecstatic! "Rank 6 Immortal Gu! It's actually a real Rank 6 Immortal Gu and there are 3 of them!"
Mo Li was basically salivating at the sight of these Gus, whereas Peng Da had just managed to get up.
"Mo Li don't be fooled," Peng Da said as he 'stretched' his back: "2 of those Gus are Fake Gu!"
"What!" Mo Li was instantly crushed but he soon recovered: "At least that means there is 1 Rank 6 Immortal Gu right?"
Peng Da nodded: "Yes and no."
"Yes, there is a Rank 6 Gu but if we pick the wrong one all 3 will explode!"
"Ah," Mo Li had a slightly fearful expression: "Well then hurry up and tell me which is the real one?"
But Peng Da shook his head: "It's not that simple, the memory I inherited taught me how to identify the difference, but it requires me to investigate deep within the Gu itself. For that, we need to become Rank 6 first so that you can provide me the information I require."
"This…okay we can't pass up this opportunity!" Mo Li resolved himself.

The father and daughter pair were right at the edge of the stairs.

The whole top floor of the Upslope began to shake and slowly descended 1 step at a time until landed right before the group.

But before anyone could think further a horde of Predicaments came rushing up from the ground!

"Predicaments!" Light Emperor frowned.
"There are so many of them!" the Children of Human Path were beyond terrified.
The sheer number of Predicaments made them feel incredibly hopeless.
"Hehe, kids as they say nothing comes free if you want me to keep you safe you know what to do."
"…let's talk here's my knowledge, you'll receive the rest when we get out." Er Ren handed a Rank 5 Information Path Gu.
Light Emperor skimmed through the contents: "It checks out, stands back."

Amidst the horrid screams, Shang Xin Ci stood rooted in place, she looked up at Red Lotus:
