Bab 27: I Do Not Need It

The bushes in the forest all danced to the melody and movement of the breeze that circulates them. The green produce of the trees around the place also dances according to the movement of the wind.

But the speed that the fox and wolf used to pass by it makes the bushes also move in that direction of the wind that the speed of the animals used to pass by it.

Suddenly, they stopped running and remained stiff. Their ears catch any slight movement or sound that they can get. Everything looks like it's a planned drama.

But, even in their stiffness, they stared ahead in curiosity, and...

Shock.

THREE DAYS EARLIER...

Zadok tightens the rope around the robe he is wearing to hold it to his body as he walked. The V-neck opening makes his shoulders and chest look broad.

He bites his mouth tissues in nervousness. He doesn't even know how to tell Zyla.
