"Karla!. Get your head out of the clouds and hand me the damned file!." Jen ordered, probably the eleventh time in a stretch. Her hand stretched out to receive the invisible file, while the other rested on her hip.

Karla jolted out of her thoughts, her eyelids flickering in shock, registering the sight in front of her. And it was definitely not a pretty sight.

"Sorry I was just..." Karla's words were drowned by the shocking realisation that none of the files she had stored were in her drawers.

{Now that I think about it...where the hell is all my stuff?!.} She contemplated in her head, her eyes darting across her desk. Searching for her missing files, office pins, calendar, staplers and her photo frame of the twins when they were both babies.

"Well?." Jen asked, obviously irritated, word had gone round that Yuri was humiliated by the big fish himself, barely yesterday. Hence, everyone in management department had been walking on eggshells all morning long.
