My wife was sitting at the dressing table naked, combing her hair. She was still as beautiful as I had seen her on our wedding day. We had been together for years. Yet I fell in love with her anew every day.

Her back was towards me, and I could see the snake mark all over her back. It made me angry no matter how many times I saw it. Azure did it, that son of a bitch.

"I think Demian is hiding something," she said.

"That boy is always hiding something, Blue. I saw him going somewhere in the middle of the night more than fifty times. I thought he was going to meet a girl. So, I gave him advice on contraception," I said.
