That's how Jasem spent his remaining days in Tharban before he embarked on the battlefield with his men and the king, who would accompany them the following day.

Jasem found himself once again at the training ground, honing his skills with his trusty shield alongside Azzam. Azzam, determined to break through his commander's formidable defense, relentlessly attacked but couldn't penetrate Jasem's guard.

After nearly an hour of intense combat, Jasem, the last man standing, pointed his sword at Azzam, who lay on the ground, catching his breath. "That was a good fight, Azzam," Jasem acknowledged, sheathing his sword and stowing away his massive shield. He extended his hand to help Azzam up.
