Bab 30: Chapter 28
After Landon asked Alex if he could join them on their camping trip everyone was looking at him like an idiot who wants to ruin someone's special moments.
Landon realised what he did and said:" I mean me, Ralph and others also were planning to go on camping but we couldn't decide the spot for it, if your camping sight is good we could join you Right?."
He asked turning around enthusiastically but didn't get a reply in the same manner as everyone was looking at him with a blank expression and Landon was embarrassed seeing he made a fool out of himself.
Alex shook his head and turn towards Hope and Edythe and asked:" so would you guys like to go right now or do you want something from the city."
Edythe:" I think we should take some supplies and spices for the food and you are going to be the one who will hunt and cook."
Alex nodded and said:" okay, mistress is there any other orders for this lowly servant of yours."
Edythe punched him on the shoulder lightly for teasing her, she and Hope both dragged Alex to the car and three of them drove towards the city to purchase supplies from the market.
Landon looked at them previously and had hate for them in his eyes. he wanted to go there and pull Hope away from him but he couldn't do that and can only clench his fist.
In The Car
Alex thought about pranking Hope and asked:" Hey Hope, do you know that Landon guy before today."
Hope answers:" Yeah, I know him for a long time. we are friends."
Alex in a serious voice: "oh, I think he is highly serious in you not as a friend but as something more intimate than a friend."
Hope frowned and said:" what are you trying to tell me here."
Alex:" I think he likes you."
Hope:" No it's not like that, he is just a friend for me nothing more than that."
Alex:" I am not trying to say you think of him something more than a friend but here what I am trying to say is that he likes you."
Hope:" What should I do about it and what's the point of this conversation."
Alex:" I am just trying to tell you that you should not be friendly with strangers."
Hope with anger said: "so you don't trust me, even that much."
Edythe who was sitting in the back of the car was listening to Alex and Hope and Hope was not able to notice the playfulness in Alex's eyes but she noticed this and punched Alex on the shoulder.
Edythe:" stop it Already, how much are you going to worry her with this."
Alex:" Hahaha, you revealed it too early. we should have waited for more reactions."
Hope looked at Alex stunned and asked:" Don't tell me it was a prank from start."
Alex:" it was, what else could it be."
Hope sighed in relief and said," Thank god, I thought you suspect me to have feelings for Him."
Alex turned his head towards Hope with a deep look in his eyes and he gently placed his left hand on her hand said," you and Edythe are my only family in this world and even if I don't trust God for a second but I will always trust both of you every time because both of you give me a very precious thing in my life."
Edythe who was sitting on the back seat asked with a smile full of love on her face," Oh, what is that."
Alex smiled and said," Warmth of the family."
Both girls smiled and for the remaining journey they were silent and no one said anything but the atmosphere was very comfortable.
Soon three of them come to market and purchased everything they will need for camping but both Hope and Edythe become confused when Alex purchased two extra tents.
Edythe asked," why are you purchasing two extra tents, aren't we going to sleep in the same tent."
Alex smirked and said," I thought that if some uninvited guests visit then we should at least have tents for them."
Edythe still didn't understand anything and Alex didn't explain anything further but Hope on the side had a certain idea about who are those uninvited guests.
Soon three of them purchased everything and after loading their stuff in the trunk three of them immediately drive towards the location which Alex wanted to show them for their camping.
Meanwhile in Salvatore Boarding school
Landon was sitting with Rafael, Lizzie and Josie, Rafael asked," Dude what were you thinking while asking him that question."
Landon who doesn't want everyone to know that he just wanted to go for Hope, said," I...I was just curious about where Alex wanted to take them to."
Rafael with a frown asked," what, what kind of reason is this for you to become the third wheel in their trip."
Landon," Come on dude, he is Alex who people also called 'The prince' everything he does is always perfect. Are you not curious about that place."
This time all of them nodded and Lizzie said," I think there is no harm in just taking a quick peek."
Rafael and Josie looked at her with surprise and Landon supported Lizzie's and said," You also think so then why don't we just go take a peek at them."
Lizzie nodded and both of them drag Rafael and Josie with them to search for The trio.
