The redhead collected money, too, until she had more green sticking out of her G-string than the fabric that made it. She giggled and bounced off behind the curtain.

“Is Brandi going to be next? She said something about a couple before her.”

Darryl shrugged. “We’ll just have to wait and see.”

A lanky waitress in a costume a bit less brief than those of the dancers sashayed over to their table. “You guys wanna have ‘nother beer? Bo says they’re paid for.”

Darryl grinned. “Sure, why not?”
