“Okay,” Jamie said, although he wasn’t really hungry. He looked around.
The kitchen was huge and had a green butterfly granite top and cabinets running down the side of the kitchen to a desk and then the great room with a built in entertainment center. The cabinets were light maple, as was the stain on the bamboo flooring.
“How big is this house anyway?” Jamie asked looking again at the great room/kitchen/dinette area.
“The house is just over thirty five hundred square feet. I bought it and redid everything myself.” Bull pulled some rye bread out of the fridge. “Is ham and cheese with tomato and lettuce on rye okay with you?” Bull looked over to Jamie.
He nodded. Bull gave him the sandwich along with some chips, made one for himself, and sat down.
“You did all of this work by yourself?” Jamie asked Bull as he admired the glass mosaic tile used on the backsplash of the kitchen and to surround the fireplace.
