Bab 8: Chapter 8

Colin was jumping up and down with glee inside. Someone finally wanted to see him and didn’t mind his scar. Maybe he wasn’t ugly after all. They treated him as if he were normal.

Anton could see the steam coming out of Marc’s ears. It was obvious he was fuming. Anton stopped clearing the table and listened. Alpha Thierry was usually very even tempered but tonight Anton knew that he was beyond reason.

“Someone made my mate feel like he has to hide from everyone. It’s only a thin burn line and given an experienced physician with the newest techniques in plastic surgery, they could erase it almost entirely. But if I asked him if he wanted that done he’d think I found it repugnant, and I don’t.”
