Wan Yi Jun didn't know when he fell asleep while speaking to Ming Yue. But when he woke up the next day, he was all alone in his bedroom.

The couch where Ming Yue slept last night remained empty without any traces that she slept over there.

He quickly jumped up from the bed and searched Ming Yue on the balcony and in the guest room, too. However, she was nowhere to see.

"Ming Yue, where are you?" He called out her name while rushing downstairs, assuming she might have started working from early morning. Just as he went to the dining room, he heard Ming Yue's voice from the kitchen as he expected.

"Why can't this girl just stay in bed if she is sick?" He muttered under his breath and stormed into the kitchen. The moment he stepped inside, he saw Ming Yue standing beside the kitchen counter, busily stirring soup or something on the stove.
