According to the Blue Wind True Art, once someone had filled up 10% of a step on the spirit-refining path, they entered the beginner stage. Once they had filled up 40% of the step, they entered the intermediate stage, and if they filled up 70% then they entered the advanced stage. Once one had reached 100% they could finally be considered to have reached the peak stage. This meant that Raymond had only become a beginner 1-step spirit-refining cultivator.

Although the auction wouldn't start until later in the day, Raymond decided to go there now to submit his Scarlet Energy Pear. If he was too late, they might not register it for the auction, even though it was certainly up to par with the other auction items in value. The auction was to be held by the Luxor Auction House, an organisation that was spread throughout all the major cities of the Herus Kingdom.

After making his way over to the quite conspicuous five-story building, Raymond was met by a young lady at the entrance.
