Bab 152: ARE YOU HIDING SOMETHING FROM ME?

Today Gerald decided to go and meet his friend Thomas. It had been a long time since he hadn't seen him. He was a great help for his adventure to the Himalayas, though because of him, Theodora got to know about his secrets.

But then... Thomas didn't do it intentionally. He had no idea about Gerald's connection with Theodora and thus, Gerald had no reason to get upset with him.

Besides, Thomas was the only person who could set Gerald's heart at peace.

Early in the morning, he went to the shrine. At the exact time, like every day, Thomas finished the morning prayers before he walked out of the prayer hall.

His feet slowed down when he sensed something. He turned to look behind him, and his face instantly brightened up at Gerald's sight.

"Gerald! My friend!" Thomas skipped toward him before hugging him dearly.

Gerald smiled, hugging him back with the same welcoming warmth.
