This was Yu Dong's guesswork but somehow she was certain that she was on the right track. She deliberately said these words as she wanted to confirm her suspicion and sure enough as soon as she spoke those words, Master Xiao's expression changed again.

He angrily glared at Yu Dong before saying in an excited voice, "What do you mean by that? I —when did I destroy the evidence? I certainly didn't! I was just trying to see and nothing else. You are speaking nonsense. I don't even recognise the words written on it!"
