When Yu Dong gave money to their village to open a pickle mill, these elders were swept up by the amount of silver placed in front of them. 

At first, they were a bit more honest but as time went by, these elders became more and more corrupted. 

Because of this, the construction of the pickle mill was delayed causing everything to come to a halt. The elders of the village thought that as Yu Dong was relying on their secret pickle recipe, she would certainly give them more money without a hassle.

'Ah? You used all the money?' Yu Dong said to the elders who went to ask for more money after they used up all the money that Yu Dong handed their village.

'Ye—-Yes, Madam Yu,' one of the elders excitedly with a hint of nervousness rubbed her hands and said to Yu Dong, 'There are a lot of things that we require to make this pickle mill a success. So can you please help us?'
