Ashen faced and scared stiff, Ah Cy felt her legs tremble, she couldn't even get up from the roof no matter how many times she tried to stand up. " You deserved it!" Aunt Wang snorted feeling rejuvenated, though she has heard that this young brother of Ah Cy hurt his head and started acting like a  foolish child, he was, in the end, a living person.  No matter how much of a fool he was, in the end, it was him who worked a day in and day out of the fields, how can this girl be so ruthless and what about not being able to give birth to a daughter? Everyone in the village knew that Ah Cy's mother was addicted alcoholic, she only knew how to drink and sleep every day. If not for the flood sweeping the entire village, that woman would have stayed in her house even now.
