Bab 74: The Return of Yupanki

When Alan finally came out of the governor's mansion, it was already afternoon.

He had spent the entire morning discussing with the governor and the administrative officer about the issue of patents. The two of them drew inferences from one instance and were able to come up with several new policies. However, there were still many other problems that needed to be resolved before implementation takes place. Hence, it was highly unlikely to implement the policies in a short period of time.
