Noah was lost for words.

Words failed Christy.

She really couldn't understand why Noah would make friends with an idiot.

Trevor pursed his lips, but there was a smile on his lips. "Thank you, Ferne," he said.

After that, he ate all the dishes on the plate.

Ferne was also happy to see him eat. He even unconsciously ate more food. In the beginning, their conversation might not go smoothly.
