Bab 166: The Restless Camp

Plainsteed Base Camp.

With the night sky clearing up, it indicated that half a day had already passed since the report of a huge horde of rift monsters being seen marching toward the rift.

The base camp had been awake since last night as the soldiers and Energy Refiners alike prepared for the upcoming battle.

They all wore serious expressions as though they were going to march to death. Which was not really wrong considering it would be the first time a horde, large enough to outnumber every human in the dimension, to be seen.

Furthermore, casualty reports started arriving one by one from the frontline camps further ahead in the dimension.

They accounted for everyone who was confirmed to be dead from the berserk rift monsters, especially from the flying creatures that would just swoop down to massacre anything they would see.
