Bab 239: Crowded office (1)

Ignis is sitting at his desk, signing documents and making decisions. Lars sleeps in his cradle after his meal.

Aida said that soon it will be time to start feeding him food other than just milk. He's getting heavier, and he giggles more often. Sometimes, when he stares at me, I believe he understands what I say. He knows what kind of effect he has on me, and he uses it.

He'll become wicked like I, instead of taking after his father. Oh, but it's better: he won't be taken advantage of.

Aestas also spends her time here, next to Lars. She plays with her toys and checks on the baby from time to time. When he wakes up, she stands on tiptoe and waves at him until getting his attention.

Then, she starts talking. The two hold long conversations while Ignis works and glances from time to time.

I have been sitting in silence on this sofa, erasing my presence because I was curious to see how life works in this office.
