Bab 325: Get Out

Sherri cried and complained, telling everyone that it was because she had agreed to Marinda's dying wish. It was because Marinda had saved her life that she was willing to replace Marinda and live on.

This included helping Marinda's parents and taking care of Marinda's younger brother.

Sherri also admitted to poisoning the wolf.

She knelt on the ground and begged for mercy to John and Kathleen. "Young master, Ms. Yates, please forgive me."

"I did poison the white wolf because it bit me and attacked me every time it saw me. I've always held a grudge in my heart..."

She only admitted that she was not Marinda and that she had hurt the white wolf.

She would not admit wanting to harm Kathleen and the children even if she died.

She wept just like that and said very sincerely, "Ms. Yates, how could I possibly want to hurt you, young master, and young miss?"
