Ryu sank into a deep state of meditation, relying on the golden moon world. The Shadowlight Body required etching tattoos onto ones body. Of course, these tattoos were actually powerful Runes that would cause an effect of tug of war on the body. On would have to both be able to withstand the power of the Rune, while the Rune would likewise fill you with untold power.
