The Warriors, Mages, and Knights assigned by Basil to intercept the Church's delivery of Anti-Pacifer Artefacts lurked in the shadow, following the envoy closely. They had been following the envoy for two hours. They could take out the envoy immediately but were still waiting for the perfect opportunity. They wanted to do it as cleanly as possible.

"To think that we lost to this lot of fools…"

Arden, the Pacifer Servant assigned to the group, couldn't help getting irritated. They had remained undiscovered for two hours. It frustrated him knowing that the lot was the reason for their downfall. Of course, he was still glad that the envoy was that incompetent.
