Bab 488: Relocation (End)

One word came to mind when one looked at the woman standing before Basil—perfection. She had healthy fair skin with blushes at the right spots. Her face's contour was prominent in the appropriate places. A part of her beautiful face was covered by her wavy, silky red tresses, but it only added to her overall charm. She looked so perfect that she felt out of the world.

"Freya," Basil addressed casually. "The Goddess of Fertility and Love. It seems you have mistaken me for someone else."

"Only My Love can act so coldly toward me," the Goddess retorted. "Not even Zeus can withstand my charm."

"Zeus will copulate with a horse if it's attractive enough. You are setting the bar too low."

"Well, that is correct." Freya smiled awkwardly.

"So, what do you need to tell me?" Basil shot before Freya could say more.

"Impatient, aren't we?"
