Bab 87: Chapter 87

The first thing he did upon reaching a decent-sized town was obtain pen and paper. Once he had it, he wrote a long, detailed report about everything that had happened right up until that moment. When it was done, he sealed it and enclosed it in a package with the ring and necklace he'd taken from Richard, as well as two of the maltas.

Hopefully it would be enough to convince someone, anyone, that he was not a traitor.

Once the package was ready, he found a messenger willing to travel with all haste to Morentia and deliver the package directly into the hands of Princess Shanna. If she wasn't in Morentia, the messenger was to track her down. Omar handed over an entire malta to ensure it was done, with the promise of another when he was brought a reply. Once it was arranged where they would meet, the messenger departed, and Omar went to find food.

He settled on a small pub at the edge of town that let rooms for cheap and seemed relatively clean.
