Banna Rainforest survival, day four.
Bi Fang sat up from his vine bed, stretched a lazy stretch, and faced another day brimming with vitality.
With an empty stomach, he cooked another pot of fish soup and stewed the few remaining bamboo shoots.
[Ah, fish again.]
[It's still milky white!]
[So fragrant.]
Viewers who had just gotten up in the morning started to feel hungry at the sight.
Bi Fang first grilled the fish until the surface was cooked and then stewed it, resulting in a creamy white broth. It was a pity, though, it was fresh but bland.
"Without salt, there's no vitality," Bi Fang smacked his lips, almost tasting blandness itself.
Without salt, there's no vitality, and today marked the fourth day of survival in the rainforest, subsisting on fish without any animal blood, meaning sodium intake was severely limited.
