Jason stayed with the Elven Queen and her daughter for an hour playing with the little girl before he took his leave and returned back to the Sect.
When he arrived in the main hall, he saw two familiar figures waiting for him.
One was Zhou Weiqing, his personal disciple who instantly jumped to his feet and greeted him.
"Master, I've returned. The training was successful."
"Good job," Jason patted his shoulder and smiled before he turned towards the second person, greeting him.
"Brother Tang, I hope the kid hadn't created any problem for you."
The other party was a young man with handsome features. His blue, long hair that was like the blue ocean hung loosely behind his shoulders. A blue robe that was like the ocean as well shrouded his entire body.
Tang San smiled lightly and replied.
"You must be joking, Brother Nie. Your disciple is really one hell of a genius. Even I'm envious of you for finding such a genius student. He will surely achieve great things in the future."
Jason smiled at his kind words and said. "But I still have to express my gratitude for you to take some time and guide my disciple in my place. And if I had taken him to that place, it would have caused me some unnecessary trouble."
"Hahaha... yeah, I can see that happening. Last time, you caused such a big commotion. There are still dozens of groups searching for you." Tang San laughed
"Hehe..." Jason scratched his head with an innocent smile. He traveled to other worlds that were part of this universe, like planets in the original universe.
He wanted to catch some exotic Heavenly beast which resulted in a clash with some group.
Jason killed many factions before he returned back to the Boundless Mainland.
It resulted in him becoming one of the most wanted criminals in those worlds.
The duo took their seats and chatted, catching up with each other.
Zhou Weiqing used this chance to slip out as he had other matters to attend to.
Jason and Tang San actually met about a year ago...
One day, Jason was working at his restaurant like every day when whispers of people attracted his attention.
"Wow~"
"So handsome..."
"I thought only the owner was so beautiful but there are more people like him."
"Yeah. They both look like they are not from this world at all..."
Jason turned his head and looked in that direction where he saw Tang San sitting on a table.
Tang San saw him looking at him and waved his hand with a smile.
Those weak mortals might not recognize what type of existence was sitting on that table, but Jason recognized him at a glance.
He walked over with a menu in his hands.
"Hello, friend. Welcome to Paradise!" Jason greeted him and placed the menu on the table.
Tang San picked up the menu table and looked at the dishes for a minute before he ordered with a suave smile.
Jason passed the order to the kitchen and picked up some wine before joining the Sea God at the table.
"Here, have a taste of this. This is the best wine in my small restaurant." Jason filled two cups one each and pushed one toward Tang San.
Tang San picked up the cup and took a sip, instantly releasing a moan of delight.
"Umm~... What a great wine! No wonder, this small restaurant is so popular."
"Haha, you jest, Mr. Sea God. Care to answer what brings someone of your status to my humble small abode?" Jason raised an eyebrow and asked.
Tang San smiled lightly, neither surprised nor offended. He asked calmly.
"Why is that? Do you not serve everyone?"
Jason smiled and replied. "Yeah. You're right. But not everyone has some kind of motive for coming here."
"You're really sharp!" Tang San smiled.
Jason chuckled and emptied his cup. "Or else can I survive in this dog-eat dog's world..."
"You are right." Tang San nodded his head. "Anyway, I just want to ask, are you perhaps interested in becoming a God?!"
"Nope." Jason didn't even entertain the thought and replied instantly.
"Ehh? At least give it some thought..." Tang San was amused by his reply and muttered.
Jason smirked and replied. "I'm accustomed to being free. And if being a God is such a joyous thing, you would have not tried to entice me like this."
Tang San laughed. "What a cunning fellow!"
"It's not about being cunning, my friend. It's all about living life to the fullest." Jason smiled and him. "You must be here because of all the commotion I caused in that world, right?"
Tang San didn't try to hide anything, nodding his head.
"See. How much of a hassle it is! Since you're a God, you have to shoulder the responsibility of maintaining the balance of the entire universe. Who would love to sacrifice their peace for something like that?!" Jason laughed, shrugging his shoulders.
Tang San was amused by his words and laughed. "Hahaha... but there are still many dumb people like that who do such things for the sake of strength. Isn't there one sitting in front of you right now?"
Jason agreed with his words as he filled another cup for each of them. "Maybe you're right. But I like to live my life on my rules. If I let my desires take control of me, then I can't be the man I'm meant to be!"
"Well said. Such words and insights... It seems I'm still looking down on you before. This cup is my apology to you." Tang San raised the cup and emptied it in one swoop.
The duo sat down at the table, chatting with each other like old friends, laughing together. They shared a meal together and Jason even introduced Tang San to his wives and his subordinates.
After that, Tang San paid quite some visits to Jason along with some friends and his wives.
The Sea God was very persistent in his assaults to make Jason the Asura God but the latter refused his offer every single time.
But it let them become good friends.
Not only that, Jason even promised to not leave the Heavenly Jewel world and go to the Divine Realms to cause trouble since his presence alone was enough to shake the balance of the world.
With Jason's mastery of profound Universal Laws, he could easily decimate hundreds of worlds alone.
And that's why, Tang San paid a visit to Jason previously as a member of the Divine Council in the Great Circle of Gods.
Jason promised them but in return, he put forward the condition or a divine promise that all the members of the Divine Council in the Great Circle of Gods would train Zhou Weiqing and others with the best of their abilities.
