Bab 62: Chapter 62 : Aslan's predicament

Although he never really enjoyed interacting with women before, it was not like he hated them like Noah did. He was just too lazy facing off with the fairer sex. However, his current situation fueled his dislike for them. 

Aslan snickered sinisterly. "You said I disappointed you? Well, funny for you to say that since I never asked you to expect something from me at all. You are the one who expects something from me unreasonably, and when I refused to respond, you were blaming me?"

The chubby girl wiped the tears on her face as she stared at him with glazed eyes. Her voice was quivering. "After everything I have done for you, are you going to treat me this way? I treat you with nothing but sincerity, but you don't even want to see me?"

Aslan sighed in exasperation. What could he possibly say to get through to her thick skull? She was too immersed in her fantasy world to listen to his words. He felt like he was talking underwater.
